    Send a cheque made payable to StrataPay along with your StrataPay reference number to: StrataPay, Locked Bag 9, Gold Coast Mail Centre, Qld 9726.

    Pay online, by mobile or tablet, by phone or in person at a Post Office using Post Billpay.

Tightly Integrated With Strata Management Software

In addition to working hand in hand with the StrataCash Accounts, StrataPay is tightly integrated with the major Strata Management Software providers in Australia. This enables the software to both send out levy and fee notices with all the StrataPay options as well as automatically reconcile all incoming owner payments.

Important Information About StrataPay

StrataPay holds an Australian Financial Services Licence (number 247378) as required by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC). Our AFSL requirements demand the same level of governance that Australia's major financial institutions must adhere to in order to provide payment services.
This licence permits StrataPay to deal in the financial services business of non-cash payment products. StrataPay's licence and provisions can be viewed by on the StrataPay website.
Non-cash payment products are regulated in Australia by ASIC and companies providing services in non-cash payment products should provide confirmation that they hold an Australian Financial Services Licence.
